Inside of this cookie is a large ball of an Ohio dessert called the “Buckeye” (a peanut butter chocolate truffle). Inside of the baked Buckeye, there is a Hershey’s kiss. The top of this cookie is dipped in a sugar recipe for a sweet crunch. This cookie can be frozen to save or microwaved for 10-15 seconds for a delicious gourmet, hot & ready dessert.
